Can I sign up
and
release my own music here on your label?
No. This label was made by me for me to release my own
music without hassle. We do not accept any new
bands or artists here. But there are plenty of other record labels out
there that are more commercially
based than this one. Do some research and have a look around. Or do
what I did and make your own.
Where is the CD I
ordered/support
response/email?
Please be patient when awaiting a response or a delivery.
Everything on this website is run by me and me
alone, so all orders and queries are dealt with and processed by me. I
try to get things done as quickly as
possible, but sometimes there are days when I have other
more urgent work that needs to be done, or my
computer or internet connection breaks down, or I'm
simply on holiday or taking a break.
What sort of music does this
label offer?
All the music and albums released under this label have been made by
me. My music does not have a fixed
style or genre, I'm always experimenting with stuff. So each new
release is usually different from the last.
I'm fond of ambient music, so that will be the primary theme or style
of music on this label.
You can hear free
previews of each track from a new
album on this website when it is released. That's so
you know what you're buying before you buy it.
Where can I buy your music?
You will not find it in shops. Everything released under this
label can
be purchased from this website
as a CD. Presently, downloads are not an option. Once
again, please be patient with your
order because I deal with them all myself. I do the manufacturing,
producing and posting.
When will a new album/music
be released?
I do not release things all the time, I have other things to do
as well
as make music. The easiest way to
find out is to keep an eye on the main page, where I post all the
updates and news.
Can I pre-order an album
before it is released?
I do not plan on making a pre-order system, because it will
cause me
trouble. You can place orders
immediately after a new release is confirmed on this website, not
before.
Will you answer all the
questions I send you?
I try my best to give you a suitable answer. This contact link
is meant
for support. Any question that is
not sensible or pertinent to the label will be ignored.
Is there a fan site for your
label/music?
No there isn't. But feel free to make one yourself. I won't
object as
long as I approve with what's on it.
Can I use your music in a
short film/presentation/school project?
That really depends on which track you wish to use and
what you intend to use it for. I usually allow it
as long as it's for a good cause and I know exactly what
is being done with it. Always contact me before
doing something like this.
Will you ever
do any live touring?
I do not plan on it. I am not a fan of travelling or live
performances,
so you'll have to make do with
home listening.
There is a
problem with the disc I purchased. Can I get a refund?
I take great care in ensuring you get your money's worth, but
should
there be something wrong with what
you have bought, I can send you a replacement, or your money back if
you prefer. I would also like it if
you could return the damaged products or give a detailed account of the
problems so I can assess them and
ensure they never happen again.
